Party In the City

This tutorial was written on the 1st of May 2012 any similarities to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional, A working knowledge of PSP is needed for this tutorial.



TOOLS NEEDED
Tube of choice im using the amazing artwork of Jose Cano which can be bought thru PTE, please dont use it without the proper license to do so.
Scrap kit by Tasha's Playground which is in the Birthday Collab at SATC for their 2nd birthday.
Mask and of choice

Blank canvas 800 x 800 copy n paste frame 2, then add the city scape right below it. Erase the ends that hang out from the ends.

Copy n paste the fire work resize by 90. Click the outside of the frame layer copy n paste a paper of choice n hit delete.

Add another paper below it and add mask of choice to it.

Stars resized by 80 place on the bottom of one corner duplicate mirror and flip.

Copy and paste word art but a small gradient glow to it.

Balloons resized by 90 place to liking.

Copy n paste confetti

Add tube of choice to your tag now.

Drink resized by 30, cake resized by 60, add your name and copyright and save.
