This tutorial was written on the 10th of July 2012, any similarities to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional. A knowledge of PSP is needed for this tutorial.



TOOLS NEEDED
Tube of choice im using the awesome artwork of Ismael Rac, please dont use this tube without the proper license to do so.
Pinky Kitty scrapkit by the awesome Nicky, which can be purchased thru SATC
Template 21 by Elegant Inspirations
Filters needed xero radiance and soft mood, ec 4 gradient glow.
Mask of choice and brushes of choice.

Open up the template shift + d to duplicate and close out the original, canvas size 800x800.

Rectangle 2 float defloat add paper of choice invert and delete.

Close out circle 1, circle 3 float defloat add your close ups invert and delete.

On that same tube layer add a xero radiance setting to go with your tube, and then add xero soft mood default settings.

Frame background float defloat, add close up invert and delete. Lower the opacity of the tube to 60.

Duplicate the tube and add xero soft mood to the duplicate and change the blend mode to soft light.

Ok bottom to the top again, copy and paste paper of choice and add mask to it.

Copy n paste halftone of choice to it.

Stars one copy n paste resize by 70, lollipop of choice resized by 50.

Frame 1 resized about 50 and place ontop of your circles like mine.

Add a new layer above retangle 1 and randomly add your brushes of choice to it.

Flower 1 copy n paste resize by 80, copy and paste lights also.

Add a gradient glow to the frame, then add a inner bevel of choice to it.

\ Float defloat, add a new layer fill with white, change the blend mode to soft light. Effects texture effects weave 1, 8, 1 color of choice.

Ribbon of choice, resize by 60, pawprint line resize by 50 and place.

Collar resize by 45 kitty of choice resized by 50, Add sparkle of choice to it also.

Add tube, your name and copyright and your all done.
