Mermaid Dreams

This tutorial was written on the 4th of September 2012 any similarities to any other tutorials is purely coincidental and unintentional. A knowledge of PSP is needed for this tutorial.



TOOLS NEEDED
Tube of choice, im usin an awesome tube by Eugene Rzhevskii which can be bought thru PFD
Mermaid dream scrapkit by Nicky which can be purchased thru SATC
Texture of choice
Filters used AAA FRAMES.

open a canvas 200 width and 325 height, pick a gradient and flood fill your layer with it.

Now add your tubes randomly like u would a regular forum set, merge the tubes together.

Duplicate the tubes, on the bottom layer change the blend to luminance legacy and the top to soft light.

OK now copy n paste your texture of choice onto that and change the blend mode to screen u may have to lower your opacity on this layer.

Now thats out the way i will tell you the elements and size that it was resized, all you have to do is look at my tag and place it just the same.

Moon - by 20
Cloud of choice - 50
sand - by 70
water - by 50
scattered seaglass - by 50

Copy and paste tube of choice

Lantern - by 15
bottle - by 20
palm tree - 60
stars- by 50
Star fish of choice - by 15
sparkle of choice

Ok now we will copy merged your tag and place as a new layer add aaa frames to it width 5 and opacity to 60, duplicate and change the blend mode to soft light.

Add name and copyright and your all done.
