This tut was written on the 31st of March 2011 It comes from my own crazy mind any similarities are purely creative minds thinking alike.
For this tut you will need working knowledge of psp i used pspx2 but im sure any version will work just fine
Im using the Beautiful artwork created by Elias Chatzoudis i purchased this tube when he was seliing at MPT but you can currently find his work at PSP Tubes Emporium

Open a new canvas 600x300 open paper 14 resize by 600 copy and paste on your canvas
open the pearls element resize x500 copy and paste to your tag i left it right where it pasted
Open the tree element resize x500 copy and paste to your tag move down just a lil
Open flower 5 resize x300 copy and paste to your tag move to the left duplicate and mirror merge together
copy and paste your desired tube position in the middle of your tag or however u see fit
Now copy and paste the sparkles just under your tube
copy and paste the wordart and postition at the bottom Using your majic wand click inside the letters open a paper that compliments yor tube and paste it under your word art Selections-Invert-delete extra paper Change blend mode to hard light
open an egg resize x100 copy and paste under your wordart move to one side duplicate and mirror
Open flower 2 resize x150 copy and paste on your tag position to one side duplicate and mirror
Add any other elements you would like from the kit
Add your copyright and were done
