This is a pretty simple tag. I made it using pspx2 but im sure any version will work
Im using this punky PTU Kit called Wat Ever created by Black Widow Creationz you can find this kit and tons more of her kits HERE Im usin the cute tube that came with the kit
This is a pretty simple tut
lets start with a new canvas 600x275 Open paper #4 copy n paste it to your tag
Open el 9 resize x600 pixels copy and paste to your tag
open el 33 resize x400 pixels copy and paste to your tag and move to the left Position so jus the top of the flower is showing (see mine) Duplicate and mirror
Open flower el 22 copy and paste to your tag and keep when its placed
Open el 32 resize x600 pixels copy and paste to your tag Open your tube and resize so that just the face is showing inside the film strip square duplicate mirror and position that one inside the square do this for all of the squares in the filmstrip merge all tube layers together Using your magic wand click inside each square Selections-Invert and delete on your tube layer select the filmstrip Select all- float- defloat Modify- Expand x 2 and floodfill with color from the kit add some noise Gaussian checked 80% Noise Monochrome checked
Open el 55 resize height x250 copy n paste to your tag move to the left Duplicate and mirror
add the sparkles to your tag and then your tube resize to fit the tag
