This tut came from my own semi creative mind and similarities are
purely coincidental
Im assuming you have working knowledge of psp
to fallow this tut

Supplies You Will Need

Tube of choice close up and full
Im using artwork from Andrea Ale
you can find her tubes at MPT

FTU Scrap Kit by Chingjp Design you can find this kit HERE

Filter
Flaming Pear-flood



lets start with a new canvas 600x300
open the cloud paper #7 resize by 600
copy and paste to your tag
i repositioned so i could see more of the
clouds up top of your tag

Open the grass element #44
resize width by 650 copy and paste to your tag
move down just a lil bit

Open element 45 resize by 300 copy and paste
to your tag bring down (see mine for position)

Open element #40 the wave splash resize
by 600 copy and paste to your tag just below
the grass keep as it is

Open element #12 the pink flowers resize
by 275 copy and paste to your tag over the grass
move to the left position like mine duplicate and mirror

open the corel element resize by 100 copy and
paste to your tag just over your palm trees
(see mine for position)

open the sea gull element resize by 100 copy and
paste to your tag position top right of your tag

open the sun element #39 resize by 300 copy and
paste to your tag position top left corner

Open the bubbles element #37 resize height by 300
copy and paste to your tag and position to the right

Open the ray element #6 resize height by 350
copy and paste to your tag just under the sun el
move under the sun in the top left corner

Open your close up tube copy and paste to your tag
move to the left and position like mine
change the blend mode to luminance l and lower
opacity to 50

open your full size copy and paste to your tag
see mine for position

hightlight the very top layer
add a new raster layer Select all - modify - contract
by 6 Invert floodfill with color from tube
select none
go to effects - texture effects - weave
with these settings



ok now to animate

highlight the bottom blank layer Select all
crop to selection
select none
highlight the cloud paper
go to flaiming pear - Flood
with these settings



do the same effects to the next 3 papers hitting
button on each layer

Now
Add your copyright and any other elements from the
kit and we will be ready to bring it to ani shop

Make sure all water layers are un hidden
Copy merged
Paste as a new animation in ani shop
Back in PSP
Close out the first layer
Copy merged
Paste after current layer in anishop
do this for the rest of the layers

Select all - frame properties- set to 30
View animation and your done
