TOOLS NEEDED
Tube of choice im using one one by Very Many which can be bought through SATC, please dont use this tube without the proper license to do so.
Scrap kit by Rebellious Scraps which is in the Birthday Collab at SATC for their 2nd birthday.

Blank canvas 800x800 copy n paste frame 3 as a new layer then copy and paste frame 1 on top of that.

Fireworks pof choice copy and paste them behind your frames like mine.

Select frame 1, with the magic wand click inside expand to liking copy and paste a paper of choice invert an delete.

Swag resized by 90 and place

Lollipops copied n pasted on both sides.

Birthday flag resized by 45 and placed.

Copy and paste tube of choice on the tag now.

Cake 2 resized by 30 and cake 1 resized by 40.

gift boxes resized to liking and placed to liking.

Bubbles copied n paste duplicate and mirror.

Add name n copyright and save.
