2011 Garv PTU

You should have working knowledge of PSP
Im using PSPx2 but any version should work

I came up with this tut from my own crazy mind
any similarities are purely coincidental

For this tut you will need

Template im currently looking for

On to the tut
this is an easy one. just alot of copy and pasting

Open template, delete CR, and resize

Copy and paste copy and paste papers you like to the 3 squares and circles
Select all float-defloat-Modify-Select Selection Boarders
Add a new raster layer and fill with a color from your tube
select none
Adjust-Add Noise-
Uniform 100% with Monochrome checked

Merge togther the 2 rec layers
select all float-defloat
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with the same color you used for the circle/square frames
Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds
With-3
Opacity-30
Color-White
Horizontal and Light from left/top Checked
Now add a boarder frame like we did before

Add your close up tube to the circles
Select all float defloat and delete any excess
Change blend mode to Screen on both tubes
Effects Xero radiance with the default settings

Now add elements to compliment your tag.
I colorized some to match my tube

Now before we finish dont forget to add proper
copyright and a name for this beautiful pressie.
