This tutorial was written on the 11th of March 2012 any similarities to any other tutorials is purely coincidental and unintentional. A working knowledge of PSP is needed for this tutorial.



TOOLS NEEDED
Tube of choice im using an exclusive from PFD which can be found here
Scrap Kit by Nicky which can be purchased thru SATC
Template By Annaica which can be found here
Filter used filter factory E mo jellyfish, and eyecandy gradient glow.
Mask of choice.

Open up the template shift D to duplicate and close out the original, image canvas size 800x800.

ok delete raster layers 3,1,2,preview,7, 8, and 9.

Ok copy a paper of choice paste it to the bottom of your canvas add your mask to it.

Open screen copy and paste resize by 80, place on one side duplicate and mirror, this should be above your mask layer.

Candelabra resized by 70 and placed, duplicate it and mirror it.

Raster 12 select all float and defloat add a paper of choice invert and delete.

Raster 10 select all float defloat effects texture effects weave 1,8,1 both colors white. Add your tube selection invert and delete. Adjust colorize hue and sat set to 0 duplicate it and change blend mode to soft light.

Raster 6 float defloat add a new layer floodfill with gradient of choice, now the settings may be off on this one as my laptop shut down before i was able to write this tutorial up so im going to wing this. Go to effect ff E mo Jelly Fish settings as follows:
TILE SIZE 65
OFFSET 156
SHADING 162

Add gradient glow to this now.

Add your tubes of choice invert and delete it, now change it to overlay, duplicate the tube layers and change the top to soft light.

Box and key resized by 50 N placed add tube of choice at this time.

Add one of the sparkles now to from Nickys kit.

Doggy of choice copy paste and resize by 35.

Champagne resize by 40 and place, cupcake of choice resize by 30.

Perfume resize to fit your tag and place

Cocktail of choice resize by 30 and place.

Ribbon 1 resize by 80 place it to one side duplicate and mirror, ok now take your eraser tool size 5 -10 should work ok and start erasing the bits n pieces so it looks like its going around the things there.

Car resized by 60 and placed

Kitty resized by 25

pink diamond resized by 50

Add a word art of choice name and copyright n your all done.
