Filters needed muras miesters copies
Mask 23 by beck (sorry im not sure of her site)
Glitter brushes (optional)

This is going to be the easiet tutorial you have done from me yet lmao.

Open my template hit shift plus D to duplicate and close out original. choose your circle layer float defloat copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert and delete.
Close out your original circle.

On to the circle frame layer hue and saturate it to match your tag.

Merge the two square layers together selections float defloat add a new layer add a paper of choice into selection.
hue and saturate your frames.

select your squares again and add your tubes, i used two differ ones invert and delete it change the blend mode to screen.
with a font of choice sizre to your liking i typed out naughty or nice, center it convert to raster.
With muras miesters copies i used angled tiling and space set at 2.

Float defloat the squares invert and delete change the opacity to 65.

For the mask i did not use any of the papers. I took a glitter used the muras miesters copies
and added my mask. I also resized the mask by 105.

Now delete my blue rectangle frame and background, and add one of the frames from the
kit in its place. selec the insides expand by 3 copy paste paper of choice selections invert delete
and bring it below the frame. Add tubes to both ends and change the mode to screen.

add your elements and tubes etc. If you have your candles like mine merge them together and duplicate
them to have 3. close out the bottom two. Use your warp brush and slightly pull up on your flames.
Do the same for the very last layer of candles, we will be leaving the middle one as is. Add your saying in the
middle, along with your name and copy right.

Copy merge ur 1st candle and tag and paste it as a new animation back to psp close out the 1st and open the second copy merged
and paste it after the ist frame, do the same with the 3rd and TADA you have a tag.
