This tutorial was written on the 27th of February 2012 any similarities to any other tutorials is purely coincidental and unintentional. A working knowledge of PSP is needed for this tutorial.



TOOLS NEEDED
Tube of choice, I am using a stunning limited edition prepaid tube by Celine you can purchase this prepaid at the moment at SATC, please do not use this tube without the proper license to do so.

Filters needed Eye candy 4 gradient glow and xero porclien.
Mask of choice

Open up the template shift+d to duplicate it and close out the original image canvas size 800x800, Add a paper of choice at the bottom and add your mask to it.

Merge the 3 long rectangles below the squares, selections float and defloat add a gradient of choice below, dont deselect yet add your close up or mask to this in different positions.

Now go and merge the tubes together, selections invert and delete. Duplicate the tube layer now on the bottom layer to luminance legacy and the top layer to soft light. Bottom tube layer effects, texture effects blinds 2 n 20 color white do it again for a total of two times.

Selections modify expand by 2. Adjust add and remove noise change the noise to 40, selections modify contract by 4 and hit delete.

Big square float defloat add a paper of choice, invert and delete, go ahead and deselect. EC4 gradient glow fat change the forground color to the tab towards the canvas to a color of choice. Do the same for mid square.

Square selections float defloat add a new layer and floodfill with a gradient of choice, dont deselect yet go to effects texture effects mosiac glass settings as follows

Numbers of columns/rows to 25 and everything else set to 1. Add your close up tube now invert and delete.

Selections modify expand by 2 new layer floodfill with gradient and noise again, selections modify contract by 4 and hit delete.

Rainbow copy and paste as a new layer resize by 90 an place.

4 leaf clover resize to 15 and place duplicate them a couple of times and place them randomly in a line.

Hat resize by 10 and then 50 place.

Gold coins resize by 20 place on one side duplicate it and mirror it.

Bubbles free rotate either left or right by 90 resize by 30 and place on the top duplicate it and flip.

Copy and paste one of the pot of golds that fits the tube you are using, this kit has 3 of them.

Add your tube of choice now to the tag, wordart resized by 30 placed on both sides. Add your name and copyright and your all done.
